The Event Rider Fitness Coaching Promise

In order for you to get the most out of your coaching journey & experience I feel it’s important to set out some boundaries & expectations from the start.

I have outlined below my key roles & responsibilities as your coach & have also outlined YOUR KEY ROLES & what I expect from you as one of my clients.

Please read this document carefully before signing & if there is anything you disagree with or are unsure about then please let me know immediately.

As your coach I MUST;

● I must work with you to create a bespoke training plan that is specific to your needs, wants & goals & ensure you are crystal clear about your goals.

● I must hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself, and keep you accountable to your goals and in order to achieve your best results.

● I must listen and respond to any of your questions within 24 hours

● (Monday - Friday 8am -8pm, Saturday until 12pm unless otherwise stated due to illness or absence).

● I must connect you with your new tribe - a high-performance, high-support community that support each other through our Event Rider Fitness Facebook group platform

● I must reply & provide feedback weekly to your check in forms via Loom video reply

● I must critique your training, nutrition, habits and routines - assessing what you are currently doing & finding new routines/structures that serve you much better than you could do on your own & ultimately lead you to achieve your goals

● I must coach you every week, so you are never more than 7 days away from the answers you need.

● I must give you access to the Event Rider Fitness Client Only Access Group Platform where you’ll have full support from myself and your fellow programme members as well as access to essential learning resources to help educate & guide you!

● I must give you the highly-effective strategies, tactics and tools in an easy to use how-to format that makes implementing them a breeze.

● I must help you plan your training, nutrition, and work with you every week to make them happen.

● I must treat you with your best interests at heart in every interaction and work to bring out your best and help you realise your full potential ● I must apologise if I ever let you down and do my best to make it right.

● I must update you of any changes to the programme that may affect you.

● I must be honest with you at all times

As the client YOU MUST;

● You must be quick to implement, quick to ask for help when you need it and quick to share your wins and lessons.

● You must take responsibility for your own implementation of the coaching, training and resources I provide you with.

● You must take ownership of your actions & behaviours during this process

● You must keep your financial commitment (whether as agreed on the consultation call that is x 1 payment or x 2 payments, or monthly recurring payments, participating fully and paying your programme fees on time and in full.

● You must give 30-Days notice prior to cancelling any monthly recurring payments if you decide to leave the programme.

● You must respect my Intellectual Property (IP). This means you may share/teach my material to individuals (with proper attribution), but not groups or in public.

● You must not use social media private messenger for coaching related communication with your coach. Please make frequent use of the private Facebook group, live trainings and Voxer 1-2-1 support for coaching-related questions.

● You must not take offence to critical feedback. Everything on this programme, including my feedback, is designed to grow you as a person and help you become the person you want to be.

● You must be punctual and on time for any Zoom Calls

● You must complete your weekly check in by the deadline day & time every week

● You must let me know if I ever do something to upset you. This gives me an opportunity to apologise and make things right.

● You must be prompt with your replies, communication & be 100% honest with me during the process.
